Women's History Month Special

Vylma V of KPFA Talkies and Ritmo hosts this special Women's History Month program with a Latinx Focus.

Joining Vylma V in the first half hour are Teresa Mejía, director of the San Francisco Women's Building and Juana Alicia, educator, activist, artist and one of the creators of the SF Women's Building mural.

To help with the publication of a book in honor of the mural go to Maestra Peace Works. Contribute to the kickstarter fund on the site.






In the second half of the show Vylma V features San Francisco poet laureate, Kim Shuck. Kim holds an poetry event at Adobe Books on Sunday, April 8th at 4 PM.
