99% of US women voluntarily remove body hair at sometime in their life. 85% regularly remove body hair. Women spend on average $10,000 on hair removal over their lifetime or $23,000 if they are waxing. Vylma and Tara interview Rebecca Herzig about hair removal and her book, Plucked: A History of Hair Removal.

She and co-performer Martha Rynberg explore our intimate relationship with hair on our bodies and the politics of personal grooming.
